Away days for Herts Mind Network

Along with James from 16 Degrees Coaching we have so far co-delivered two Away Days for the Herts Mind Network board of trustees and leadership team.

Jess (the Chair) and Jo (the Chief Exec) gave us great freedom in how we delivered the first day, with the main aim to build connection and understanding between the two groups of people, and to extend the awareness and understanding of newer board members of what the opportunities and challenges are within the network itself.

James and I have now been called back to deliver another Away Day with the same groups, this time going a little deeper in building understanding and introducing one of my favourite frameworks to support people to build trust – the FONT framework.

The openness and willingness to give things a go from all the participants means I predict this is going to be a great second day.

Love the way Abi and James bounce off each other, have lots of energy and provoke conversations that otherwise wouldn’t have been had. Hope we rebook them again for our next one. Trustee for Herts Mind Network
